Please accept my deepest thanks. You made her birthday great. My husband and I ordered an ice cream cake for my daughter's... birthday. We went to pick it up but was told that the online order was not received and the cake was not ready. We were littleupset. Sean, I believe is the manger, step up and made our day. Sadly they don?t seem to mind that they?re always out of product. Whether it?s the Donuts on the Dunkin side or ice cream... flavors on the Baskin Robins side. Who ever orders and or manages this store either doesn?t care about there businessflourishing or doesn?t know what they?re doing. Neither one or the other is a good look! I shouldn?t have to drive 12 minutes toKilleen Dunkin/Baskin Robbins for good service and product availability. Please do better. Sincerely, Concerned customer. Read more

Watery chocolate milk shake and iced mocha with no toppings. We had to teach the gal how to make a banana split and was told... there was no chocolate ice cream available when in fact there were 2 five gal buckets right in front of her. But dispute thefact that they were out of pineapple topping, it did taste good so you get 2 stars.. Read more

So, it is a beautiful day and I decided to take my granddaughter to get some ice cream. Clearly, they have signs posted on... their window that they are open, but only to five patrons at a time. When we entered there was two other people in the store?aswe were waiting the server proceeded to tell us that they were not servicing anyone in the inside anymore that I would have togo to the drive thru. My question is why did they not lock the fine in doors. So, we proceed to the drive thru?there areliterally 12 cars in line?we waited for 15 minutes and they had only serviced one car?we left. They are not veryefficient Update: I decided to give them another chance experience worse than the first?this time I had tow grandchildren ages2 and 3 that had fallen asleep. So, I decided to use the drive through?I was told the flavors I requested were out andcurrently only had 12 flavors available. I looked in my rear view mirror and told them nobody was behind me and could they tellme the flavors. They proceeded to tell me that it would be more convenient for them if I came in. I told them I had twosleeping babies in the car?they continued to request I come in?not pull up to the next window but to come in. I took them up inthe request because I was so upset. It told the employee that as the customer it should be about convenience for me?NOT THEM. I had to leave my two sleeping babies in the car?-parked directly in front of the door. Mind you nobody was in the store ordrove thru the entire time I was there. I told her since they only have 12 flavors they could write them on a piece of paperand post it on their order board so that the customers don?t have to be inconvenience. Me and my grandaughters wated to try something new so we went to BR. The lady was very sweet when she took our order. But they... were out of half of the flavors. Then my oldest grandaughter had to get a regular Sunde because they were out of Banans. So oneof the flavors she got was peanut butter chocolate. Then when she tasted the "peanut butter" part she said it tasted disgustingand that it tasted like it was sitting their for a year. It was just a mess and we will not be going back. Read more

The kids working there have messed my ice cream order up each time. BR is also is always out of some flavor like butter pecan or... snickers. I also asked for a cake cone double scoop, however the girl handed it out the window in a cup. They also handed myfriends in a cup instead of a sugar cone as requested. Then we waited 5mins for my friends cone. The young man that came to thewindow said "sorry my coworker is tripping what did you order?".it was just a mess. Read more

Ordered two cakes online a few days ago for my kid's birthdays. Nothing fancy, I just selected basic options and an icing color... for the message. Yesterday, I get a call and text letting me know they didn't have one of the cakes and offered a substitute. Iagreed to the substitute cake and was told my cakes were ready to be picked up a day early. I went in to pick up my cakes at myscheduled date and time & several employees began searching for my order. They brought out the substitute cake that looked awfuland the icing color wasn't correct. The other cake didn't have any message on it at all. Seriously, how hard is it to followinstructions that are from your own website? I told them to keep their cakes! They provided me with a refund thankfully! I'mvery disappointed with this location. I'm hesitant to try any others in case the same level of service is reflected throughoutthe chain.
