I don?t want to have to type everything bad that occurred here. Would hurt my fingers to type that much. But, I can say a few... things: -2/4 things I ordered were wrong. Missing ingredients and/or had the wrong ingredients. Took 20+ minutes to fix eachissue. -we waited over 2 hours for entrees to arrive. Half of our table ate an hour before the other half. Nice atmosphere, very good food, friendly waitstaff. I go here a couple times a month and the quality is consistent.
Yesterday night my family and I went to the scale house for the first time to celebrate a birthday. we ordered our food and got... our appetizers which were amazing but then when our main course came out every ones fry?s were cold. I ordered the fish andchips and my fish came out uncooked. One person didn?t even get there order and had to sit there and watch everyone eat anotherperson ordered the fish and chips and only got half the food that was said to come with it. Once we complain about all this weasked for the manager. The manager then decided to never come and speak to us even though he walked by our table multiple timeswhile we tried to get his attention but failed to do so because he did not want to deal with us. Our server was great but leftout to dry by the manager because he did not want to address our complaints about all the food that came out. Most of us didn?teven eat a 1/4 of our food and asked to just get it taken off the bill. When we asked the server if she could take it off shewas only able to take off 5% which was only 2.50$ because the manager wouldn?t allow her to take any food off that came outunder cooked or cold. I ended up paying 54$ for food we didn?t even eat. Hopefully the owner can address this. the managementthere was absolutely terrible. I would recommend removing the manager Mike he has no right to be in a management position. Yourmanager Mike is ruining your business. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Read more
Use to be good , not anymore , no whole scallops , only pieces , clam strips instead of fresh clams poorly made salad. Would... not recommend unless you want beer , they have a great selection of micro brewery beers Read more
We had a nice dinner here! There is a nice atmosphere and the staff is kind. The menu is quite large and they have a great beer... selection! We all enjoyed our food as well. Read more
Scallops were absolute perfection. Light, almost fluffy, and sweet. Service was wonderful. Nicole (I believe) took care of our... table very well, she was very attentive. The atmosphere was pretty Pleasant, quiet and welcoming. The only thing that wasunderwhelming were the two strip steaks which were supposed to be boneless, they were dry and slightly overcooked to our liking.The broccoli was phenomenal. If I was allowed to give more than 5 stars, I would. I'd give 5 stars to the food and 10 stars to the employees. The food was... outstanding! I had the lamb and the blueberry venison. Great burger and sw. potato fries. Music was loud but they turned it down when asked.
