Overall a pretty rough experience but then again the area seems to be struggling as hole. They appeared to be short staffed so... employees were trying thier best to cover the drive thru and dine in. The salsa bar was empty and the employees were busyenough I didn't ask them. The lobby wasn't horrible but definitely needed attention. Not sure what the issue was but the lobby was closed, but did get to order from the drive thru as a walk up. Apparently they ran... out of steak,... I'm just glad it wasn't freezing out raining. Walked over from truck parking across the street. Otherwise thosethat assisted at the window were generically kind. Read more
Had to repeat my order several times before the lady understood what I was saying. She kept repeating the wrong things back to... me and then arguing and getting an attitude when I would correct her. Upon getting our food 2 items were missing we didn't evenleave the parking lot went back to the window and I formed them. She then argued with us that everything was in there even whenwe emptied our bag in front of her. Drove off as she was still Ellington at us about how we were wrong. Icing on top everythingwas stale. The chips with my nachos hurt to eat because they were so stale and my kids refused to eat the potatoes.
