I purchased a southwest salad and it came with no chicken. SMH I?m ready to go back home. This short getaway has turned into... wasted money and horrible service. After searching for another hotel after leaving the roach infested one, I found a lovelyplace! I left to get some food and didn?t check when I left the drive through- no dang chicken! The sad thing is I paid fullprice for this salad. I called at 1104pm, they?re closed no one will answer. However I?m hungry and want my salad. This is bad. Read more
It was horrible! The guy taking our order was rude and seemed as if we were bothering him by being there. The floor was greasy... and slippery to the point customers were having a hard time getting across the room. The order was incorrect but we ate itanyway and the food was pretty good. Read more
We made our order inside and sat down to eat. Our order was prepared and served quickly. An altercation stated by a disgruntled... customer with the store employees made us feel unsafe so we finished our order quickly and left. Before we left the manager wasstill trying to remove the disgruntled customers from the property as they were creating a huge scene for something that was outout their or managements control. I think they were trying to scam this business. They also cost the business several othercustomers from being served and they left costing the business money. This place was absolutely disgusting. Our burger meat was well done but cold. Fries were old even after having a wait time of... more that 15 minutes in dining room for our order. None of the condiments or napkins were stocked and employees were juststanding around talking instead of cleaning or preparing fresh food. I would not recommend going inside of this restaurant. The men's room was flooded with what I hope was water. The ketchup,... napkins and had of the drinks were not stocked. Over half of the tables were not cleaned and sticky. Just overall a nastyrestaurant. The food was hit or miss. Half of our order was hot and fresh, the other half was room temperature. The burgerswere cold and the cheese not even soft. Overall, this is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. I would be embarrassed if thisrestaurant had my name on it. Read more
We stopped here for a bathroom break and a frosty but wish we hadn?t. The entire establishment was more or less trashed and... noticeably understaffed. The restaurant smelled and was dirty. The toilets in the women?s restroom barely flushed. The icemachine was literally overflowing and causing a hazard. It took 10 minutes to get a single frosty as there was only one workerat the counter. Read more
Where do i start?? The men's toilet had overflowed leaving feces on the floor. There was a wet floor sign in there but no one... even attempted to clean it up. The trash cans were overflowing. The service was horrendous. The cashier did not speak other thanto ask a name for the order. People came in, friends of the workers, and ordered straight from the pickup line, cutting in frontof all the people waiting in the regular line. The food took every bit of 15 minutes if not more to come out. I watched at least20 people come in and then turn around and leave. The entire restaurant was disgustingly dirty. This was a nice Wendy's to stop at. The restrooms were clean and the staff was friendly. They gave us the wrong size French... fries but the drinks were correct. The burgers were made correctly so that was a plus. Read more
