We have tried twice now to go to Waffle House and it was closed. Yet again. There were 7 people inside and they ignored us at... the door. This is the last time we will ever try and go to Waffle House again. We used to love it.. always enjoyed the food. Sadto know that the one at 471 independence blvd will ignore people and turn away money for the business. No wonder every one ismad at them. Read more
Had brunch with my kids who loved the waffle and bacon. Their fist time at a waffle house. Restaurant was clean and bathroom was... clean. Tanya did an excellent job serving our food and was so polite and attentive. The food was good and price amazing. Theydeserve more stars. Read more
The cashier was so very nice. She was the only one working when I went there around 11:30pm in Sept 14th but she had such a... calm, peaceful spirit. The cook did his THANG ony food!! This is sum of the best food I've had at the waffle house since thepandemic started. The hashbrowns are always a hit and miss and this time it was a Hit! Got off and decided to go out to eat instead of cooking at 1am. Upon arrival, there was only one young man (Malik) who I found... out was working alone. Stopped here on our way through to Florida a couple days ago to get some hashbrowns and I found my new waffle house to stop at... coming through here! The cook (a colored man) made the BEST hashbrowns I've ever eaten at any waffle house EVER! Sorry if thatcomment seems offensive, I swear that isn't the case!!
