1- Got VERY SICK with DIARRHEA and horrible stomach cramps for hours! 2- Received the WRONG Sandwich after ordering it over... the phone. It could Not have been more Different: My Order: Toasted Wheat bread melted Provolone cheese cold Roast Beef andveggies Ranch dressing. I Got : Untoasted WHITE bread gross melted ORANGE cheese Hot CHICKEN, and get this: CHIPOTLEsauce!!! 3- I called after 2 hours of Diarrhea. 4- Manager Didn?t say she was sorry for Either the Diarrhea or the Sandwichscrew up. 5- Manager got not just defensive she was Verbally COMBATIVE with me. She said there was No way she mixed up 2sandwiches because mine was the Only order! WTH? 6- I told her I will bring in the food wrapper for her to see. Today was the first time I ordered from this location via the app. This is a location I will continue to come to not only do... they offer a frequent customer punch card but the staff makes you feel valued. When I picked up my order the young lady said shehad included a cookie. The cookie was personalized with a thank you message. The little gesture goes a long way with me. I alsolike that with the hot sandwiches they also wrap them in foil first to help keep them warm. The subway on Sepulveda and Westernis one of the best subways I have ever been to grading service and quality!!! Read more
Do NOT make mobile app order with this place! It took me 30min to get my sandwich because they would serve in-person customers... first. What is the point of making pre-order if I was there for the entire 20min?? Watching new orders get made. I could alsosimply stand in a line and have my order made right away. This is non sense. I have been coming to this store and ordering 3 large catering sandwiches ($210.00) for several times and I never had problem... ordering it. Vicky and Maria always helped me at that time. Vicky and Maria know customer services with very positive attitudes.They were very nice. Today I came to order 3 large catering sandwiches again. I don't see Vicky and Maria working. Employeenamed Mannuel was taking my order. I don't know what the problem is with this guy. He definitely has an terrible attitude withno customer services in his mind. He didn't even try to listen and understand what customer needs. Outrageous and terriblecustomer service experience! He also told me I can leave if I don't like what he is doing. So I left without hesitation. Youlost your good and steady customer because of this bad employee. I am not coming back this store any more. No more cateringsandwiches order ($210.00) here!
