I love Starbucks,i drink them everyday. But this location in corners of Western ave and Lomita really disappointed me. This is... the 3rd time I been in this location, and every time there is always something wrong with my order. I know they were busy butplease be better. The last two i never complained and gave myself an excuse that they?re busy. But this third time ? NO MORE ?.I always order Cafe Latte with double shot. But they always give me this coffee that tastes bland, no flavor it feels like waterwith milk. I didn?t even taste the bitterness of coffee that i was craving for. I barely do reviews and comments. Asked for a caramel crunch ribbon Frappuccino and they didn?t even put the crunch topping on it, but charged me for it. Gave me... a reg caramel Frappuccino. Also used two grift cards for separate orders and the guy charged both on same order. Pay attentionpeople to instructions of what the customer is asking for or telling you to do. SMH! Read more

As a customer I?m frustrated with this place for such poor customer service and items given wrong... twice! As a Starbucks... employee... I?m greatly disappointed!
