Great customer service as usual going through the drive thru. We tried the new item on the menu, Tortas .t hey taste great,... bread has nice texture, filling was nice but the filling should cover from end to end I'll give it another try & we'll see ifsomeone reads this. HINT HINT!!! Read more
I don't have high expectations for any fast food places, but in this case the employees seems to be more interested in goofing... off and hanging out with eachother than doing what they are payed to do. The girl at the window asked if I wanted sause, Ireplied with "extra mild please." I barly got an acknowledgment from her as she was more interested in talking with coworkers.Now to the meal I got. The food was cold, the small bag of fries I got was only half full and she completely discharged thesause I asked for. So as a customer I left out of there feeling like I overpayed, didn't get any customer service, and got whatseemed like left over cold food. My recommendation? Go to taco bell Read more
Incompetent beyond belief. After repeating parts of my order several times, and dealing with two overlapping people on the mic,... they asked me to move forward before my order was complete. No idea what's happening here. Read more

By far the worst Del Taco I've been to. Wet soggy fries, a chicken burrito that tasted like chicken nuggets not chicken. And the... slowest drive thru ever. 3 cars in line and we sat there for almost 20mins total. Read more
I was starving, and it was 2:00 a.m. I thought of the old Del Taco song: ?Whenever I feel like a great tasting meal??. Google... Maps showed this place open 24 hours. I got there about 2:10 a.m. and they done been closed. I looked for the store hourssticker, and it said they closed at 2:30 a.m. Not only were the Google store hours wrong, so too was the sticker with thehours. The 24 had been scratched off the Drive Through sign, so I guess they won?t be open 24 hours for awhile. Anyhow, thepoint being is that it?s 3:00 a.m. now, I?m starving, and this Del Taco restaurant needs to fix their store hours both on Googleand on their window! Read more
Amazing service, fast and the best quality for all the Del Tacos we go to. We prefer this Del Tacos over many.
I asked my neighbors if they wanted me to pick something up for them because their mom had just gotten home from the hospital.... My neighbor asked if he could go with me. At the drive through, we told the window clerk that we were placing two orders. Onefor my family, my neighbor for his. We were advised that we could only take one order. Which is absolutely ludicrous. This isnot a good business model. Upset but didn't blame the window person and she understood when I explained that this wasunreasonable. But I will never spend my money at any Del taco again. Read more
