Staff directed us to sit at a ledge while we waited for a table. We logged in and ordered very expensive drinks. Watched... multiple parties come in after us and be seated. After 45 minutes and paying a 20% compulsory tip while receiving no service, wedecided to leave The structure of the restaurant is set up to avoid the staff interacting with the customers. - a strange vibe.Food might have been good if we were able to order but we?ll never know because we?re not going back. Amazing food! The steak frites were delish. And the Paloma?s hit the spot. Feel bad for the staff who spend most of their time... explaining to guests how to order from their phones. Would be a five star if the wait staff were allowed to actually take ourdrink and food orders and be more engaging to the patrons. We all spent more time on our phones than having conversations withfriends. Read more

One of my favorite restaurants ever. I wish I had asked for the two guys name working there. They were awesome. Some of the... best food, my old fashion was incredible and I loved ordering on my phone. Why don?t more restaurants do this? Makes sensebecause of how difficult it is finding staff. Really surprised that there are so many positive reviews. Went there last night and doubt that I will be back. I don't have an... issue with paying a high price for a great experience and meal but this was silly. So, you order yourself and it takes a littletime. I guess this saves owner on payroll for staff? You cannot adjust any item on menu, I was told "we have a small kitchenstaff of two people so you cannot request no bacon on your wedge salad" that is fine but not when a small plate of 5 shrimp are26.00 - when I pay those prices I expect some service. I was asking for no bacon, not re-invent the wheel. Nothing specialfood wise and with having to stop and put my next order in on my phone if I wanted another cocktail and keep track when two wereput in accidentally but still leave a 20% tip for less service than one would expect in any other trendy restaurant. No coffeeor espresso coming up on phone menu but clearly espresso machine visible. Had to get up to ask staff what the situation was andwas told they only serve espresso beverages until 8:00 PM (it was 7:30) and someone mistakenly removed it from the menu. What an amazing place! We had a private event there and it could not have been executed any better. The staff was efficient... and friendly, the space is beautiful, and the food is outstanding. We had a jazz trio as well which really topped it off. Ican't wait until they get their outdoor area up to full speed! Read more

I have been here over 6 times and it?s been consistently good food every time! Great staff and systems- love being able to order... on my smartphone whenever we want. The Brussel sprouts are the best thing on the menu - strange but true! Love the changingspecials like the smash burger and later night menu. Would love more options for large plates and outdoor seating but figurethey?ll get to there as they grow. Read more

Love everything about it! I almost never order meat but the pasta bolognese is good enough to tempt me as a splurge. Amazing... (and pricey!) o drinks. Adorable and high end vibe but so versatile, it?s awesome for date night and good for family dinnerstoo. So happy they?re here! Read more
