Jammed packed, as expected. Running out of wings was however, unexpected. The substituted the wing they didn't have for a... drum. Ordered root beer. Got Dr. Pepper. Drinks had no ice in them. Asked for ice. They looked at me like I had 2 heads. Got 4 piece... and tenders. No BBQ sauce. No ketchup. Guy that picked up his food earlier came to the window because he didn't get his Mac andcheese. He didnt get mac and cheese. Was charged for red beans. Didnt get those either. We were at the window and he camebetween my car and the window. The workers told him to come to the window. While I was at the window. I know labor is hard tocome by. Might as well close the store. The Elmwood Popeyes is the most poorly managed of all the Popeyes locations. It's pretty obvious from all the other bad reviews... that Popeyes has to know this and yet does nothing about it. Slow service, bad service, employees standing behind the counteron their phones. Not the slightest bit of concern for customers. Orders often wrong. Containers barely filled half way. Ifyou do go here, go inside because it's comical to see how bad it is. You'll be better off going to Airline Highway or Causeway,which is what I'm going to start doing from now on. What a nightmare!! Almost an hour to get food.. after 20 minutes they finally come out to say they are out of spicy Mayo, we... figure that out, another 10 minutes to come back to tell us they are out of max and cheese, we choose substitutions, they bringthe food and forget the drinks, I have to go in and let them know we are still waiting on drinks, after another 15 minutes afterinforming the counter person a different worker comes up and I ask her ?is someone working on my drinks?? NOPE.. another 3-4minutes for them to give me a small coke (when I ordered large) and some damn sweet tea! NEVER AGAIN! I pray the food is good!! Read more
