TERRIBLE customer service, I was in line for 10 minutes before I had to ask an employee if there was a reason orders were not... being taken (there wasn't). My food was not handed to me, instead the employee aggressively grabbed the bag and practicallythrew it to me. I watched the employee do this to a guest before me as well. When I asked to speak to the manager, she came upto me and told me she will "have a talk with them". I also witnessed employee drinking their drinks behind the counter, notchanging their gloves after doing so, etc. Food safety protocols are not being followed, and I am extremely disappointed with myexperience. 8/30/2022 4 pm. Only one person at cash register. I stepped up to register to order. She said she was not taking orders orders,... but other workers were preparing orders. She then pulled out her phone, and I gave up in disgust. I don't treat black peoplethat way, and I certainly didn't appreciate it! Won't be back if I ever see her again! Read more

If you're a delivery driver stay away. These people are completely unprofessional. They won't start the food till you arrive,... even though the food is just sitting there in pans. Once you do arrive and check in you will be put at the back of the line andthey will continue to serve customers that walk up before you. So if there is a line you will literally never get the order. The food is good, but the workers & customer service is some of the worst I?ve ever seen. They take forever to prepare your... food. You sometimes have to remind them of your order. They charge you for things and then afterwards tell you they?re out. Sothey automatically assume you want whatever they have available in place of what you ordered. The chicken sandwich was pretty good, but the kids meals are lacking. Super small and the chicken nuggets were mostly batter.... And our fries we ordered with our meals were simply thrown into the bottom of our bag. Mine had chunks of biscuit mixed in too.Not the same quality that I've had at other locations. Read more

The food is alright (the orders get messed up quite often). However, the customer service isn?t. I avoid going to this location... because of the treatment from their employees; I thought it was only towards me, but my coworkers also noticed it. A bettertreatment from the employees would significantly better the experience overall at this location. Read more

Ok so this Popeyes has the best employees, the best food, best service, all around best experience. My wife and I have eaten at... several different Popeyes over the years and this one hands down is a level above the rest. Props to all the employees runningthis shop !!!! Brand new and food is fire. Order is correct 100% of the time. Chicken is spicy and juicy. This place rocks in the mall!
