Paid for 2 burgers, 2 fries, 2 cokes. Should have checked, first time there. Got to my 83 year old Moms place and missing 1... burger and found a pile of fries in its place that was more than the 2 ordered. Should mention, I didn't tip and it costbetween $20 to $30 for take out. $8 burger, $4 fries $3 pop. I won't be back. Read more
I am celiac. When i mentioned this to the lady taking my order she looked at me blankly, I said I'm allergic to gluten, she... said ok so no bun, I said yes and make sure its wiped down. She rolled her eyes and placed my order without making any specialcomments for the cooks. My burger came in the same bag as my son's which had a bun. The wrapping was greasy and after eating Iknow it was also contaminated with gluten. I had heard good reviews but not feom this location. Food was good but I will notbe going back to this location. Price came out to $13.58 I got one cheeseburger with everything on it and one little fry. The burger is very good. I got it with... everything and the bread got a little soggy but it was good. If I ever get one again I'm going to ask for the toppings on theside. It was Kool. Read more
I want to be clear. The food is fantastic . The customer service is horrendous, the workers are passive agressive the avoid eye... contact and the all but refuse to greet you when you stand at the pick up counter the fries guy will , if that is his nameneeds to get it together, my food was done when i walked through the door i waited 5 min without be greeted i looked and saw myname on a bag , i spoke up and said thats my food will put the food on the lower rack the finished 4 other order that had friesinstead of putting my fries in the bag , very frustrating and i am sure other people are un happy as well. The food is so goodthat its easy to deal with the horrible service but tonight was the final straw . Please deal with the crew , smiles, upbeatattitude, greet each costomer as quickly as possible ,or at least acknowledge that they are waiting and you will help shortly. Read more
