I am so disappointed in this dutch bros and will never return. They are ripping people off. I asked for 2 extra shots in my... drink. They not only up-charged the shots, but I gave them cash for the extra shots because I didn't want them to charge extraon my card and they STILL charged extra money on my card. To top it off, I am positive they just took my money and didn't giveme any extra shots, because I tasted my partners drink, which had the correct amount of shots in it (4) and his actually tastedlike it had espresso in it. Mine just tasted sweet (even though I asked for half sweet). No added espresso taste. So I am prettysure the people there are ripping customers off on a regular basis. Great service! First day of the month so they were giving out stickers as well. Very long line when I arrived but it seemed to... go very well. Staff was working very hard and communicating well with each other while also making it a fun experience whilewaiting keeping happy, cheerful smiles on. Had the Hazelnut Truffle blended and it was great as well!!!!???? Read more
