My usual drink is a hot Irish coffee. I'm pretty sure I was given a regular drip coffee with cream and sugar today but still... charged for the medium Irish coffee. I couldn't even drink more than a few sips, it was so bitter and lukewarm. I would haveturned around to have it remade but I was heading into work and didn't have time. It's very hit or miss at this location, but Iusually don't have any issues on weekday mornings with my order. Maybe it's just a different crew on the weekend. Read more
My first time coming to this location and let me just say the stafff were so friendly and so amazing that even my dog LOVED... them!!!and on top of that they made my drink fruity just like I asked for. Chappo says thank youuuu and to have pup cups readybecause we will be back!! Read more

First time ordering through this location with Uber Eats. Paid $11 for a Large IV Chiller. Looks like this drink has been... sitting for a while and got a medium with quantity. Not getting coffee at this location again. Read more
Staff is usually pretty friendly and 9 times out of 10 my drinks are made correctly. This location is really convenient and... close to home, and there usually isn't too long of a line. I'll always choose Black Rock over Dutch Bros, their Fuel energydrinks are to die for! Read more
I love the people and the coffee but have always noticed lots of bees flying around. Not an issue until today. I got my coffee,... went home and started drinking it. About half way done, I noticed something swishing around in my mouth. I reach in and pull outa dead bee!!! I am so grossed out I literally puked out my coffee. I hope they start paying more attention to the flying insectsin their bar...absolute yuck. UPDATE: I went back and showed them the pic. They were extremely sorry for not catching that,replaced my coffee and gave me a voucher for another free one later on. I appreciate their great customer service but have toadmit I?m still weary when drinking the coffee. Read more
