I ordered at the drive , a10pc nugget meal for my granddaughter, the was fresh and hot. Here?s my issue my 8yr old granddaughter... bit down on a small gold ball earring that could have broken her tooth, so I called to speak with the manager about thesituation. I didn?t want anymore food. I just wanted him tell have his staff be careful when wearing jewelry that was going tobe it until he got rude with me. This guy that supposed to be the manager name Randy was Very rude and didn?t have a care inthe world. I called the store back to get Randy?s full name and store number. I stopped here because Chic fil a was crowded as usual, the food was fresh and delivered fast. The other day I received a photo... ticket in the mail, when I passed Chic fil a to go bach to Wendy's,I took King Arnold St. off Dogwood passed the school got thephoto ticket at Clair St. When driving toward the school drive 15mph through the school zone or you will be ticketed. Customer service was amazing. Not only that, but I had both an Uber eats order and got something for myself, and I feel like... lightning moves slower than these guys prepared both orders. If I?m in the neighborhood, I?d absolutely get food from thisparticular Wendy?s. Read more
The service at this location is usually pretty average, not great but nothing worth complaining about. Tonight the staff let a... line of cars wait for 20+ minutes only to tell us all they weren't taking anymore orders. I got in line at 10:30 and got to thespeaker at 10:55. They close at midnight. No explanation, no apologies. Read more
This is a good little spot. They can get pretty busy during lunch, but they handle it well. The staff there really makes the... place! Everybody is super friendly, personable, and funny. I always end up in a conversation and usually a good laugh every timeI come in. After reading some of the other reviews I have to tell you I?m quite shocked. About a mile or so away there?s another Wendy?s that?s closer to my job, horrible customer service but the food is always fresh... and hot. This location seems to have decent customer service but the food is definitely on the decline. I just paid for asandwich with meat that has been sitting under the heat lamp for an obviously long time. Why are selling this???? I should?veread your reviews they are horrid. Read more
Poor customer service. I went to grab something quick, ordered a strawberry/chocolate Frosty and waited forever in line. When I... got to the window, I had become even more hungry and asked could I add a large fries to my order. The window attendant said No.I honestly was taken back by her response, so I just turned my music up a little and waited for her to come with my frosty "andfries". I was rather polite to say the least. She handed me the frosty with the lid already barely sitting on top over-filledand leaking down the sides. It made a mess and when I asked about the fries, she again said No. I asked was she serious and shestarted complaining about the line of cars. At this point, I already waited 25-30 minutes and was irritated. She keptcomplaining and I noticed the manager right next to her, not say anything.
