I won't bad mouth this location because I can always say my pizza is hot, with the exception of one time out of many orders. I... give them 3 stars because I do not like Domino's procedures when it comes to their deliveries. But being in this industry forover 2 decades, I try to be understanding. Over two hours till delivery when I was 5 minutes down the road. Could?ve walked there and back in a fraction of that time.... Pizza was wrong order, cold, over cooked, and disorderly. Lied to from staff about the order being out for delivery when itwasn?t, took over an hour when it was out for delivery. Tried calling back several times, no answer. I demand a refund. Ordered last night and prepaid and never received my order. I called and no answer. My first time in Georgia and I promise you... I'll never come back to this state! I was robbed and attacked near the airport Sunday during the day with ppl near by. Nobodytried to help it was horrible introduction to Atlanta. I tried to order pizza after filling report with cops and then neverreceived my order. It's hit or miss here, but after my last experience I won't go back. I ordered an XL Brooklyn style and it came out shriveled... and tiny, dry as a bone, and missing cheese in spots. I actually threw it in the trash soon after trying to revive a slice inthe microwave. Yuck! Read more
This was about a week ago. We ordered our food around 10:28 pm. We got there by 10:45 pm. The young man inside was cleaning with... earbuds in the ear and completely ignored us. We checked the timer on the app, and they didn't even make our food. According tothe website, this store wasn't scheduled to close until 11. This is normally a good location. This is how my order arrived after waiting 3 hours for delivery? the ?manager? initially thought I was lying. But then said that... he would put a coupon on my account so when I call back I can get a free 16 inch pizza?..well I just called back to redeem theoffer and was told that they do not see a coupon and do not know what I?m talking about. I go to Domino's all over the country. This is hands down the worst. I have ordered 5 pizzas from them over the last month.... About 1 in 10 are good. Most are made so sloppily they border on un-edible. Many arrive cool after long wait times for delivery.Do yourself a favor and order from a different store if possible. Read more
