Today at 12:45 pm i purchased a large black coffee and half a dozen donuts. They were the worst. They both made me vomit over... and over again. I attempted to call there store and they conveniently do not want to answer the phone because they know they arepurposely getting people sick. Lobby closed daily the drive thru is the only way to get anything and it takes 20 minutes to get a single cup of coffee. Since... the lobby is closed so they don?t have to deal with us peasants you can?t even go inside. Every other one I go to lobby is openpeople in and out this what keeps you out so they don?t have to listen to you complain. Asked Corp for a video call so they cansee what we are all going through. this is by far the worst dunkin in the area, staff is super slow, orders are always wrong even when ordering through the app... with specific instructions. Staff isn't trained properly or shown how to make very simple drinks. If you want to go to dunkin,avoid this one. Read more
I don't know what they did but they made my ice coffee so bitter I couldn't even drink it. When I go to the other dunkin donuts... I ask for the same drink and it taste 10 times better. Read more
I always try to give this Dunkin? a chance despite the service..today I realized I?ll never give it another try.. now the drive... thru was busy so I decided to walk in. I was the only customer on the inside, upon walking in no one greeted me and said we?llbe right with you so I stood there for another minute or two, still nothing so I walked out! Low quality of product. I had a cinnamon raisin bagel toasted and it was so hard, almost seemed like it was not cooked through.... I had to throw it away and coffee tasted like milk with sugar and i had less sugar and less creamer. Definitely not going back. Read more
Dunkin? Donuts needs to start listening more I just went to get a SAUSAGE egg and cheese croissant and they just gave me egg and... cheese . They can?t be doing this to customers either they have to get better headphones or better hearing. Read more
Terrible disgusting service. They charge you $6 for a macchiato and then they don't even know how to make it. This would not be... tolerated at Starbucks. I think I'm going to delete this app and never use Duncan again. Read more
