I usually love this Starbucks! The girls in there are always so nice, whether it be in the morning or afternoon, they?re all... great. Today I went in and ordered my latte. Had to call them and take it back because it was extremely watered down. Thesegreat girls said bring it back we?ll make you a new one. Got my new one and I must say it was not watered down like the otherone but was not made how I ordered it. (This has happened the last 2 times) I feel like no matter how crazy a persons ordersounds it should always be made how they want it. Now the girls did give me my cake pops for the trouble of coming back but whenyou get a drink the same way every time, it should taste the same every time. I was upset because like I said the service isspectacular! Just wish they would follow my ticket more. Read more
Not a fan of this Starbucks location. The past few times I?ve been, I haven?t had a good experience. Last time I ordered a... Vanilla cold brew with cold foam. I paid for it, then they informed me they forgot to charge me for the foam which is apparently$1. So I had to pay for that separately, then the foam was not the right consistency and dissolved shortly after. Then a fewweeks later I went back for a hot chocolate and they never stirred it. It was just lukewarm milk until I was able to get homeand stir it myself. Just a lot of money to spend on a drinks that seem rushed when made. Read more
Who knew? Not me! I don't like stronh coffee so I passes it by. One day we had to get something to eat n it was out of 'need'... we went in. I was shocked! Now, it's a preferred place for the area. I like this location way better than the one on Eisenhower. I generally get the refreshers and unlike Eisenhower, Baltimore... streets ratio is spot on and it doesn?t take like chlorine water. They are very nice here and I appreciate the great service. Read more
