Was finally able to eat inside the restaurant, as the dining area has been closed due to staffing issues and COVID...
No inside dining. Long wait at drive thru. When I arrived near the ordering station, I was advised they were taking no more... orders "until they got caught up". What a way to do business! I gave them one star because there was no way to rate them withzero stars! Read more
Placed an order 11/4/22 at 3:04P EDT. My card was charged the order amount and then I received an email a minute later... indicating that my order was cancelled. I called the 800 number and the woman I spoke with was not helpful at all. She saidthat my order was cancelled, she's sorry, and my money will be credited back to my account in a few business days. I asked if Ishould place the order again, she couldn't say whether it would work nor could she confirm that my card would not be charged asecond time. Calling the 800 number will get you an apology, no answers, and no food. I will order from somewhere else. Read more
I just bought three chicken sandwiches two spicy and one original and all of them were old you could tell they were very very... dry and they took original chicken sandwiches and put them in place of the spicy and just put some sauce on them I had got somefrom there before and they were very good but this time I was upset as a customer that they felt like it was okay to treatpeople like that this was a horrible experience Read more
OMG. Never going to this location again. We placed our order for a 16 piece meal. After we paid, they said there was a half hour... wait because they were short handed. We waited, went inside to pick up order and they said fryer for regular chicken was down.It was started back up and would be another 20 minutes. Husband blew up and demanded a refund, he already waited an hour. Abunch of kids running the place. Lobby was full of people waiting for their order. One woman came back in because her order wasmessed up. She ordered a chicken bowl, but was given masked potatoes and gravy. The kids behind the counter started laughing.What kind of place is this. First time going to this kfc since 2011 and they forgot my fries. Now I'm reminded why I haven't been to this kfc since 2011. ... Called to ask if they could refund me for what I didn't get if I gave her the receipt number. She said no, they can only giveme a fry if i come back tonight or tomorrow. Like I'm gonna waste gas to fix your mistake, yeah right. When I pushed for arefund she said they can only do it if they have the card used. Which I have a hard time believing that in 2022 that they needmy card. They need to update their system if that's true. Also our drinks were in the wrong containers. My husband got alarge Pepsi and I got a medium diet. My diet was in a large cup and his was in a medium cup. Just so you know this was at 9pmand we were the only ones in line at the drive through. PATHETIC. Got the meal for $35 total, got home and it's total embarrassment for Col. Sanders. Sharing the pic of the "sides": 2... half-full containers of mashed, a teeny container 1/2 full of gravy for those potatoes, cole slaw a little over half-full. I cantell you no more of our hard-earned cash will be spent there again. This is the SECOND time they have been "a bit lacking" inthe food they charge you that kind of money for. I went there tonight. Thinking the last 2 other times I've been there would be different. But it wasnt. The customer service was... rude. Not polite at all. I had to wait for popcorn chicken to come up which was fine but when all my food came out, they didn'thave my sides right or have my drink. Will not be going back! Read more
