This was my first trip to a Firehouse Subs and it will definitely be my last. The staff was extremely unfriendly and obviously... miserable to be there. One sub was not made the way I asked. Food was very mediocre at best. Biggest waste of $50+ I ever spent. Read more
I always get the hook and ladder salad. It's just so good, especially with their house dressing. They did make it without green... peppers, by our request. I'm glad they got our order correct. Read more
Unfriendly. Charged me for a drink when I asked for water only. I had to ask for plastic cup from server who could not be... bothered to speak. Sandwich was good. MacNCheese sauce watery. The food is over priced, esp. in light of the poor service. Arethey offended to work or what? Definitely not in the EMS spirit they tout. EMS bust their butts and really work hard usuallywith a great attitude. Sad. It could be a nice place. Not returning to this location. Walk next door to Starbucks to see somegood customer service if you can?t figure it out. Read more
Haven't eaten at a Firehouse in over 10 years and I will not be returning. The food here just wasn't good. I think Arby's is... better and you won't spend nearly as much money. Also made my wife sick ????. Check out these onions the person put on mysandwich. Read more
Pretty good. Got the pastrami medium size sub. Subs arent very wide, smaller than your average subway sub, but a bit more meat.... Good quality overall, wish I would've been able to get their famous hot sauce on it. Read more
Rude customer service. Food is so so (not worth the $50 I spent for a family of four). When I told an employee that their soda... machine didn?t taste right, he literally just shrugged at me. No apology or that he can?t fix the machine or anything. Will notreturn. Read more
