Definitely a hit or miss. The line is always out to the street. They have messed my order up multiple times. The employees are... very rude and unprofessional. Your best bet is going through the drive threw unless you have an online order because orderinginside you are going to be waiting forever. Read more
Ordered a coffee with cream and sugar through the drive thru, what do i consistently get? A coffee with just cream. 5th time!... This Dunkin is an embarrassment to the brand. It?s filthy. They?ve made my order wrong every time because they won?t read the... order back to the customer to verify accuracy and they just don?t care. They don?t give napkins unless the customer asks.Napkins with food should be a given. I?m not sure why, but their coffee tastes burnt. It doesn?t taste like the coffee from anyother Dunkin I?ve been to. Is it even Dunkin coffee, or is it Folgers? There is always trash in the drive-through. The propertyisn?t kept up. They have half the dining room closed off for ?remodeling? and really it?s just full of trash and old toiletsjust sitting there. How appetizing. Read more
I cant have lots of caffeine but I love my coffee. Every time I get a decaf coffee from here IT IS NOT DECAF. people do better.... Take the time to make the order right! Smh Read more
