Dined here several times over the last few months, the most recent being last evening at about 5:30pm. They were busy, people... coming and going as well as dining in. We placed several orders ranging from salads, to subs and a pizza. All came out inpretty quick time frame. All was delicious. Service was great, the young lady at the register was friendly, thorough and whenshe brought our food to the tables, very courteous. She came back later to check on us, which is always nice. We love the cheese pizza. We walk around town often paling a game called pokemon ho with out 2 children in tow in strollers. We... stop by for slices of pizza and the kids demolished it every time. You know it's good when the children love considering howpicky they are. We also love the sauce and flavor. The fries are delicious too! We love the subs always hot and fresh. Read more
So disappointing? I?ve been a loyal fan of Divino?s since they opened, but over the last couple years as they?ve grown, the... whole place has gone down hill. Quality, attention to detail, getting the order right? Apparently no longer an option. At a 50%chance of getting my order right (no cheese? Why not extra cheese?! Add onion? What?s that?!) and having quality food (hellomini wings and sloppily built subs and soggy onion rings). Not to mention the heat melted STYROFOAM on the wings. At the pricesthey charge? I ordered a large pizza ("first half" pepperoni and "second half" cheese), crab pretzel, and 2 liter for my family at 12:02pm. ... The anticipated wait time was 60 - 65 minutes, which I understood. The food arrived at 1:16pm. Unfortunately the food was notworth the wait. The crab pretzel, as you can see on the picture, is UNDERcooked. The pretzel dough was completely raw/gooey onthe inside. The entire pizza had pepperoni on it (not the biggest deal in the world but worth mentioning). The pizza dough wasextremely thin with a over abundance of cheese. The bottom of the pizza was soggy (from sitting in grease I presume). Thatbeing said, when I called to explain the situation to them, the young woman on the phone immediately offered to remake andredeliver the crab pretzel as a way to rectify the problem. However, the replacement pretzel was delivered the same way!!!! Icalled the store back and asked for a manager but there was not a manager on shift today. The girl I spoke with was extremelyapologetic, explained that their regular cook was out unexpectedly and the employee that stepped up to help wasn't too familiarwith the making the crab pretzels. She issued a refund and explain how long it might take to show up on my account. I gave athree star review ONLY because of how professional and respectful this girl was. I understand everybody has their bad days so Idon't think this experience would completely deter me away from Divino's but it might be a while before I try again. Read more
Great clean place with amazing customer service. Price is just right but boneless wings hard as a rock, and the chicken... cheesesteak the bread was half baked and soggy. Nothing I ordered including the cheese pizza tasted Italian. All this is a lackof care on the food preparation. Read more
Per their website, the special on Friday and Saturday is a large cheese pizza and 12 boneless wings for 20.00. I called in an... order for just that. I was told when I went in to pickup and pay that my subtotal would be 25.50. I asked why when the specialwas 20.00. Because I did not specifically say the word SPECIAL when ordering, I am not eligible for it. They refused to changethe price despite me clearly knowing what it was and asking. It?s called a special, not a secret. How many other people dothey scam out of cash every day for not specifically saying the word ?special? when ordering? What about those who order online?5.00 isn?t a huge amount to me, but multiply that by the number of people not getting an advertised price on a daily basis and Ibet it really adds up. Shame on this business for being greedy. If you choose to have and advertise daily specials online, youought to honor it, especially if a customer asks you to. Read more
