WOW wing is the place to go. The recent management change has not affected the great taste and friendly service that we have... been getting for the last few years. I would like to see this business keep going, so if you?re from around here or are passingthrough, stop in and enjoy some of the best wings around. We drive up from Kitchener just to have it. Amazing wings! Perfectly crispy, perfectly sauced! People complaining over what the staff are wearing in other reviews... puleeeaassssee ???? give me a break its 2022! So I'm quite conflicted on how to review our most recent experience here, so where I'll start is that if we had just gone for... wings - my rating would be a solid 5/5. Wings are their core business. My husband and I both had wings and felt they wereexcellent. I had pineapple curry and it was the best wing sauce I've ever eaten. They were crispy and fresh, meat came off thebone, and they were sauced really well. We would go back for wings anytime. That being said, our overall experience wasn'tgreat. Service was good, and the one server working was trying really hard to take good care of everyone. But similar to manyother/most other businesses right now, it is clear that they need more staff. We started with chicken nachos which were reallygood! Not too much of anything, good amount of sauces. Everyone ordered something a bit different - my mom got a salad, my dadgot pasta, and my grandma got a chicken burger. The wrong salad came for my mom, but the server was quick to fix it. My grandmaenjoyed her chicken burger which came with a huge portion of fries. However, she had originally ordered a pizza and root beer,both of which were on the menu but not available. One quick piece of feedback would be to mark off/cross off things that aren'tavailable on the menus instead of letting customers know after they've ordered. I also think the rating scale for wing sauce isunnecessarily confusing. My dad seemed to enjoy his pasta, but was disappointed in the limited options for beer. As I mentioned,my husband and I both really enjoyed our wings, but I had also ordered battered mushrooms which never came. Lots of highs and acouple of fixable lows. Contemplated going here due to the bad reviews. Glad we went. A group of 9 was served and bills paid in 65 minutes. Wings were... amazing, good amount of sauce, wings were still crispy on the outside and meat pulled off the bone! Definitely going back again! Read more
After one of the last management changes we stopped going here ( wings were tiny and very questionable ) Since the management... has change this last time though things seem to have turned around- back to great quality wings and good customer service!
