Shrimp Lo Mein - get it spicy. It's good. Similar taste profile to spaghetti aglio e olio with lots of pepper flakes.

I'm graduating and leaving Hanover soon. I guess I will regret it if I don't leave a few good words here about this restaurant.... I've been to a dozen Chinese restaurants in the US, and I find it a surprise that Hanover, albeit a small town, has such a goodChinese restaurant. Most dishes are authentic, and some are just fantastic (fish fillets in hot sauce and home-style tofu aresome of my favorites). The staff are friendly and food come fast. Big plus for me. But there's still room for improvement.Cold-noodles is the most disappointing one. I tried it once and it wasn't even fresh! Possibly because people don't order itoften? Also Spicy Chicken, a cold dish, wasn't up to par when I had it. Read more

The food was excellent and authentic and served by a very friendly staff and attentive manager( likely the owner) and the food... came unbelievably fast! Our family is 100% vegetarian and there were many delicious options that pleased everyone. We areextremely picky when it comes to dining out. Based on my several experiences here, I would highly recommend Han Fusion. Read more

This food is dangerous. Dangerously delicious. I couldn?t stop eating it. I have now eaten most of three entrées and my belly... hurts and I am sleepy. The general Tso tofu was very well flavored with a bit of bite. The lo mein was also quite good. The Mooshu vegetables were well seasoned especially with the plum sauce however unfortunately they forgot to give us the pancakes to gowith it. Read more

As someone who used to work a block from Boston Chinatown, I was sad when I moved up here, thinking I would never find good... Chinese in this area. I was so wrong! This place is phenomenal and holds its own with Boston! We particularly loved theStir-Fried Chicken with 3 Spicy Pepper (just the right level of salty and mala) and the Fish Fillet in Szechuan Chili Sauce.Everything we tried was good though! Thank you so much for bringing real Chinese food to the Upper Valley!! Read more

Phenomenal food and service. The food came out fast, good and well presented. There are plenty of options ranging from classic... Chinese, Thai, and Japanese (sushi). The drinks they make are pretty good too. Many specials to choose from. Read more

The worst Kung pao chicken!!! Don?t ever order it. The amount of peanuts I had in the dish will make one allergic to... peanuts(even if you don?t have one). Bland food no taste, The quality has gone downhill. Avoid this place. Read more

A newly opened authentic Chinese food restaurant in this little college town. We ordered my favorite thin sliced beef in... Szechuan chili sauce as well as the lunch special Mala(spicy )chicken . They were delicious. I don?t have to drive all the waydown to Boston for some good Chinese foods any more. ???? Read more
