Went inside to order, and needed cashier because we were paying with cash. Took 5 minutes for someone to actually come to the... register and acknowledge us, even though 2 people made eye contact with me within a couple minutes. The order was wrong, and wewent back inside to get the correct sandwich. The person who took my order did not understand what was ordered, and didn't knowwhat was on the menu. Seems like they are very short staffed, each car in the drive thru took 10 minutes. I finally left the line after 10 minutes of... not moving and went inside, got my food faster. Felt bad, because there were very few workers. Read more
Sorry, 2 star because pretty much everytime a simple request to not have cheese on the hamburger, never fail, loaded up with... cheese. Also have had entire items missing from orders, etc. Not a great experience and lack of attention to details. So Iguess I'll have to white lie say there's a serious food allergy to get the message through next time or just go somewhereelse. Also, is there an age limit here, because I swear everyone I've seen appears to be between 16 & 18 years old, like ifLord of the Flies opened a fast food place. Have heard the F bomb dropped on more than one occasion, so yeah... Not exactly theatmosphere I was expecting. Maybe this is the final time for me, hard pass, off to find a new Wendy's. Read more

Store # 10500 took 8 minutes at drive thru to come up with 2 doublestacks and med fry. This was at 2:15 pm with 2 cars ahead of... me when I reached the window. When I got the food the fries had more salt than their were actual fries. The doublestacks hadmore ketchup oozing out of the bun than there were two burgers. I threw it all away and will NEVER go back to that propertyagain......... Read more
