Good food and drinks. Service is the worst I have ever experienced. They need at least 3 more staff members.
Let me be clear; my expectations were very low going in. This was easily one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a... restaurant. Just thinking back on it makes me retch. DO NOT unless you want to get sick. First of all, there were fruit flieseverywhere. I probably swallowed about 3-5 of them just waiting to be served. The burger was somewhat edible based on the factit was served on an onion bun which masked the flavor of the burger. The chicken quesadilla was sloppy and looked likesomething from a salmonella warning poster. The chicken wings were cold to the touch and we did not eat them for fear they werenot cooked properly. There?s a lot to take in here outside of the complete lack of cleanliness and poor execution on the food. The waitresses were nice and cared, but clearly haven?t been trained properly and lacked any sort of confidence. The barmanager had potential if he were motivated properly. Clearly he doesn?t care when he is blatantly ignoring the hundred fruitflies and the faint smell of vomit emanating from the bar while yelling across the bar to someone he knew with his mouthcompletely full of food. The part of the experience I was most disgusted with had to be what appeared to be the operations orrestaurant manager. I didn?t see him do one thing the entire time other than go out of his way to complain and undermine anyand everything the bar manager was doing. The guy was incompetent, had zero leadership skills, and seemed like a terrible humanbeing in regards to it. Whoever owns this place needs to take a hard look at what is going on before someone gets seriouslysick or they get sued. Read more
Absolutely awful service. Took 50 minutes to get pretzels and a quesadilla in an empty restaurant (maybe 4 patrons at the bar)... after waiting a while to be greeted and get a drink. No one came back to grab another beer.. nothing came with pretzels. 2stars for the quesadilla being good at least Read more
Walked in...instantly b4 I went to sit, the vibe washed around me like a puddle...it seemed a bit on the clique atmosphere...... Not a place that'd cater to a live music crowd whom want to listen, dance have a good time...IT IS a Nice family restaraunt tho& it does cater to the day timers with kids & those using (both ) the go cart/ golf/sport range,etc....PARKING...is anotherstory. Beer and food are good enough once you are able to get them. I just wish the service could be improved.
