Came to starbucks all the way from braintree. When i first got there I entered the drive through so the wrong way although i was... the only car who was in line, didn?t cut anyone or cause any traffic or disturbances. I ordered my drink the girl who took theorder was nice nothing her fault. I get to the window and some girl comes over and says if i ever go into the drive throughagain like that she will ask me to leave and that i?m lucky this time she didn?t have me get out something around those lines.First off that is extremely rude to say to a customer in that tone. Second she could have said it nicely and informed me that ihad to go around another building to get to the line as i am not aware with this place. That was extremely unprofessional of herand to use that tone. I will definitely not be coming back to this location at all. Disrespectful and i hope someone speaks toher because that?s no way to talk to a customer especially when I was being kind to begin with and was clueless that i enteredwrong. by far the slowest cafe with the worst costumer service i have EVER been to. i mobile ordered and still had to wait 20 minutes... after my pickup time, when it finally came out it was made completely wrong. when i politely told the barista the drink shehanded me was not what I bought, she got mad at me...? half of the time mobile order isn't even an option on the app. thesetypes of scenarios have happened to me and other people i since i have been coming to this location. They always make the best drinks and the employees are friendly. Be warned they can get pretty busy. If the drive thru line is... super long, go in! It can be faster but even if you have to wait your drink will be made fresh and given to you as opposed tositting while you wait to get to the window. Read more
