The customer service absolutely sucks. You can literally be standing in line waiting for someone to take your order for at least... 10 minutes. Even if they are short staffed, you should still greet the customer after they have waited so long just to placetheir order. Their hot dog and crab soup is great. This is the only reason why I will continue to go here after I finish playingon the slots. Read more
The sandwich was great, service was quick enough for the amount of people ordering. Workers could obviously tell that many of... the people in line had never been there before, but offered nothing to help or advise on food, how to order, where to wait. Themac & cheese left a lot to be desired. It was just greasy noodles with cheese baked on the top, not throughout at all.
