I ordered a strawberry and mango mix smoothie and they just gave me a bright orange colored mango smoothie. When I told the... manager on duty he was not apologetic at all, he than proceeded reprimand the co-worker who made the drink telling him to nevertake an order again if someone ask to mix the to flavors. The co-worker lied and said he mixed the two flavors which you canclearly see that he didn't when looking at my drink which was bright orange! I never have a problem anywhere else! I just got arefund and went to the Dunkin down the street in odenton, they mixed the two flavors and even asked if I'd like whip cream ontop!. BTW I am black, and I've been in there countless times and sees how the manager or owners treat non black people-with alevel of respect and with great customer service but w.e the manager deals with someone black his whole dimeanor changes, short,stern, has no kooth. Just got these two large coffees and they were leaking out the drive-thru window. I wish I'd asked him to dump some out. I... immediately put a towel under them before taking them through my car window. Immediately pulled over and got another towel outof the trunk and resealed both lids myself. But it was worse than I realized. It was as if they had no lids at all. As soon asthe liquid jostled back and forth in my car ride, it would spill out and drip down all over my car. The reason this is two starreview is because I immediately called them twice to let them know about the issue and it went to cell phone voicemail. That'spretty shoddy to not take phone orders or have a store phone. Okay, now a one-star review because my third phone call did getthrough, but after explaining the situation when I asked if they're going to check on the lids the guy hung up on me. Convenient location pretty much right off post. While I'm no longer local to the area, I stopped in when I returned this week.... Happy to say it's the same good and friendly service and accurate orders as I had a few years back. Will continue to returnwhenever I'm in the area! Read more

I am a huge fan of Dutch Bros but there's not one on this side of the country. Dunkin donuts I would say I prefer over Starbucks... when it comes to chai. I decided to try a white chocolate coffee from them today. It wasn't bad. I was annoyed that I had toorder on the app in order to get a deal. I think there should be an option to scan a deal in person. But the person behind thecounter waited patiently for me to order all my phone and had my order ready instantly.
