The guy working tonight (alone) was great. I wanted ice cream. Not selling ice cream tonight.
Great Customer Service by all employees, specially Krishna! She is awesome and always goes out of her way to provide great... service. Most of the time I order a black coffee and a 3 scoop pistachio sundae and when I pull up at the drive thru to place myorder as soonest I start speaking she already knows it's me and says hello my friend, yes! Great customer service from only one employee? Kendra. Everyone else including manager so focused on drive thru customers that... all the booths were dirty and there were no napkins in the container. Kendra?s shift had ended and with her coat on and purse inhand, she stopped to bring me napkins and clean the booth for me! This location doesn?t get a lot of foot traffic, but all ofthe other employees should be as committed to serving in-store customers too. Read more
I really don't care which Baskin-Robbins you go to they're still all overpriced, there's no Rave about this anymore back in the... day it was 31 flavors and they literally met that now you lucky if they have a good 15 in there, there's of the ice cream placesthat are better Read more
There is a new guy there who's making ice creams, please take him off the ice creams. I got a sundae with tiny scoops and barely... any sauce. He's a very nice guy but he isn't ready for sundaes. Terrible.... Also, there's only 28 flavors, but 31. Read more
Among the dirty habits these people have i was ordering some ice cream when what I think was the owner walked in. The server... told me to wait mid way through finishing my order only to wait on the owner who walked in. I don't care if the president walksin if your helping someone finish their order then go to the next person. Very rude workers here. Ice cream was nothing towrite home about but it wasn't bad either. Please Dont Ever Go to this Baskin Robbins , they are going to give u horrible service , trust me. They didnt even use gloves to... make my order, and had they nerve to drop it and pick it back up and put it back in the basket. I was so disgusted. Read more
