It was pretty clear that they were either short-staffed today or had some other issues that caused delay with getting food out.... Small bathroom dirty and out of towels. Fries and nuggets were cold in my biggie bag. JBC was approaching edible so I did eat... that. The nice girl at the register was friendly tho. Second time passing through visiting this location dissapponted. Such anice newer building with busy location for so much potential. Eh. Eggs on both of the breakfast sandwiches were super crunchy. They definitely reset the timer on them instead of making new... ones a few too many times. I still gobbled it up like the fatty I am though. The other breakfast sandwich was for the dog, andI got no complaints from him about the eggs. Read more
I hadn't been to Wendy's in a long time. After hearing they have hot fresh fries now, I decided to give it a try. When pulling... up to the store and seeing the drive full, I thought maybe this is a good sign. We waited 5 minutes for someone to take ourorder. I thought maybe they are just busy, as it was noon on a Saturday. Then we wait ten minutes just to get to the window withan additional 7minutes for our order. Pulled away and realized they didn't give us our frosties. I went inside to let them knowwe didn't get them. Workers stood around talking instead of acknowledging the line of customers. It was another 5 minutes wait.This place will never be better. I will eat at any Wendy's except this one. Whatever the reason, you never have a crew thatcares and it shows. I always loved Wendy's burgers but yesterday may keep me from going back. I went at lunch. Almost right at 11. The buns weren't... toasted the meat was super dry including the nuggets, and they were out of everything...most sodas, kids bags, kids toys,etc.They need a better management system. We all ate in and the manager was yelling at her employees several times. Not just one butall of them and was super rude to them as well as the customers. I don't know how they still work for her. Completely differentcrew from before. The restaurant was dirty as well. I want the old crew back. They were fast and friendly and the food wasgreat! Read more

Bad about multiple drink options being out and frosty machine being down. This is the place in town where I feel I have to call... to make sure everything we want is in stock before making a special trip out to their inconvenient location. This is poordecision-making on part of corporate, because they could train managers to be better about reporting inventory and updating theapp. Always forget something or give the wrong thing, so check order before you pull away. They?re nice about it though, butit?s still annoying, makes food cold or ice cream melt waiting on correct stuff. I just don?t think franchise owner or Wendy?scorporate cares about this location.
