I had to drive off after ordering because I felt uneasy as what they might do to my food. This kfc is extremely unprofessional... especially the drive-through employees. I will never go there again. Read more

Worst experience I have had. I live 10 miles away. Got home and there was no gravy. Biscuits were so hard . Like hockey pucks.... And got original and it was burnt wherr you couldn't even chew it. Called them about the gravy and there excuse was they had newkid on the line. Do they even have a manager. I mentioned I lives 10 miles away and they said they could write my name down andgive me a free gravy next time. Will be the last time I eat there. They definitely don't stand behind there name anymore. 26dollars out the window. Wonder how they would like throwing 26 bucks away. ???? Read more
The food was pretty good the service was all right but the cost is very high.
Staff was very unprofessional both in appearance and in customer service. When purchasing a drink you were asked if you had to... have ice. If you answered yes they took your cup to the back and returned with minimal ice. When getting water from the fountainit came out pink. This is because it comes from the same spout as tropical punch. When this was reported the employee respondedwith, "Yeah, drink it anyway. It still tastes like water." I asked for water from behind the counter and the manager suggestedwe "let it run for awhile before putting your cup under it." Food was mediocre at best. While I was waiting for my food, a DoorDasher arrived for an order to deliver. He was handed a bag and one drink and left. After he left, the manager said where didthat order go, there is more to go with it. Another employee said, "He picked it up and is gone. Oh well, it was ready and hedidn't take it. Not our fault they will be mad at him not us." All the while the food was behind the counter and the Door Dashernot in control of getting it. Read more
Bathroom was filthy. The floors were slick with god knows what, dirt and crud everywhere, and it smelled so bad i had to put my... shirt over my nose. We were also standing at the counter for five minutes before someone came to take our order. Read more
