My first impressions for Cousin Vinny’s, high quality of food, fast, friendly delivery! Delivered with in the time said in the... app. Food quality and quantity for your dollar in my opinion is with it, seasoning is while balance! Just remember to note ifyou require utensils to order them for what you order. The staff has to be commended for putting the same quality in theirtakeout/ delivery orders as eat in orders!! Very impressed with the food we received tonight. We ordered pizza, wings, stuffed mushrooms, deep fried cheese curds and... spinach dip and let me just say, best wings I've had in a long time, very generous with the sauce, Best pizza I've had In a longtime. My family does enjoy cousin Vinny's food, and we do order/dine in at the restaurant frequently. The dine in experience is always... great. However when it comes to delivery services, almost every time we either have something wrong or Miss in our order. Also,we are in Capreol so I do understand that it takes longer for food to get delivered out here (usually about an hour).. lastnight when we ordered at 8pm we didn't end up getting our food until 9:40pm.. a whole 40mins later than the expected deliverytime. We ended up having to contact the restaurant via Facebook for them to look into it for us.. who knows if we would havegotten our food, if we hadn't contacted them.. all in all the food is great, dine in is great but, I don't believe we will beordering delivery from them any time soon. I was a regular customer, not so much anymore, read all the rereviews to get the whole story, I don't know why Google is rating... this restaurant so high. The reviews don't support it. The owner attempted to contact me, Kind of an automated messaged when itsays (we care about your concerns.) The voice mail showed that this restaurant did not care and management just wanted to saythat they reached out. Having three conversations about the issue with the staff which resulted in a feeling of your problem notmine. My family received very poor food and then I complained and was told sorry about your Luck. The reason this restaurantis still in business is that a great deal of people just want to make a special moment for there family, So they order. Just went to Vinny's in Hanmer and had the worst experience. Got there at noon. Restaurant was almost empty. Less than 10... tables. We were seated in the back booth by the pool tables. It was 1:25 and we still hadn't received the food we ordered(breakfast... eggs and bacon nothing fancy). We had 3 waitress come to us offering us coffee after coffee and explaining theygot bombarded by 2 groups of 30. Waitress said: you didn't see them when you came in? I said there was 2 tables in the frontwhen we came in. I asked if they were eating yet. She said "oh no not at all". So I went to the bathroom in the front andnoticed most of them had food and were almost done eating. Waitress kept blaming it on the groups of 30. They said they wouldoffer us a "discount". We ended up walking out after an hour and 20 minutes with no food. Walked past the owner and he saidyour food is just about ready. To be honest, the first Waitress forgot to put your order in.
