Typical fast food. My boyfriend ordered a spicy chicken burger and he enjoyed it. I ordered a Jr bacon burger without mayo and... a small fry. No mayo was on the receipt but my burger had a large amount of mayo on it. I wiped off as much as I could so itwas OK. The fries were not hot and probably could have been a little fresher. Read more
Post from 2020 & 2022: I love Wendy's. I take care of my Mom & there are those days I just don't want to cook especially during... this scorching hot Summer days, so our choice of fast food is majority of the time Wendy's. We both purchase the same thingevery time we visit (sometimes adding an extra side such as their hearty Chile beans or their Frosty just so I can dip my friesin the Frosty....YUM). We always order the Spicey Asiago Ranch Chicken Club with a large order of fries & an Ice Tea. Thissandwich is Spicey & smothered with Ranch sauce & we just love the taste of the whole sandwich which is soooo satisfying & NOTboring it is delicious! I give this sandwich a 5 star rating it's BOMB! Also have tried their Hot Honey Chicken sandwich whichis dripping with honey (very messy so don't expect to not be sticky afterwards), it has apple wood smoked bacon, crispy pickles& pepper jack cheese. This item is so delish but as stated very messy due to the dripping honey which was all over the bag &myself.???? I've decided 3 stars are adequate for this location nc normally the food is ok, not normally hot but ok! This time going thru... the DT I was disappointed. Got a handful of crunchy burned fries and all fries were completely cold. If u wouldn't eat it don'tserve it....not hard to remember Wendy's, come on and get it together! Read more
I wish they had a better protocol when cars make large orders. It took 15 minutes from when we ordered to when we finally got... our food. The truck infront of us got 5 or 6 bags of food. This was my second time in 3 years in going in a Wendy's and not surehow they are still in business? The food is warm never hot and the frosty was melted when we received it. On this visit and thelast one that I remember. We were just hungry and after leaving lowes we made the mistake of going there. This was about twoweeks ago. I came here for breakfast, and honestly it was my first time getting breakfast at any Wendy?s and honestly, I was not... disappointed! It was DELICIOUS!!! I loved the fries! The coffee was on point and the sandwich was really good!! That?s withoutincluding the AWESOME customer service, and how well presented everything was! We got plenty of ketchup and napkins!
