Lack of customer service/poor customer service: My husband ordered a couple of sandwiches via mobile order and upon picking... them up and coming home, we realized that my sandwich was made toasted even though it was ordered as a cold sandwich. I alsoordered provolone and did not get any cheese. My husband?s meatball melt had a weird thick layer of bread crumbs on thebottom. My husband went back and the employee working (didn?t catch name?Caucasian male with brown curly hair) took myhusband?s sandwiches back, checked to make sure my husband wasn?t lying lol, then ripped the receipt off the original bag andstarted making them again. Subway off 11th Avenue is the one I would go to I'll tell you why I ordered a sandwich for my daughter, bread was to be toasted... the lady making the sandwich give me another one in case my daughter didn't like it at no charge I thought that was fantasticthat's good Personnel work at that store I suggest everybody if they get a chance go there!!
