Thank you for the Veteran's Day coffee. Clean, but as a senior, not the mom & pop coffee house. A minimalistic design, not a... very warming atmosphere. 8+ employees yakking away. Too loud. So much chit-chat. I can see why some have issues with theirorders. Either way the coffee was ok. Lastly, my wife collects their Venti Tumblers,.but you'll never get them here. When newreleases are out, employees grab them up for friends to resell. Shame on SB. Read more
This Starbucks and their staff they not very welcoming it's as if they are all angry anyhow they seem to always not make your... order as it's requested .I asked for a refresher no ice no water just the juice they filled my cup up half ways I ordered atrenta the lady handed me the drink half full said thank you ,I asked her if she could feel it up she did but she said forfuture references ask for more strawberries honestly I didn't understand what she meant. I don't care much for their icebecause the Hanford / Lemoore water taste funky and when they throw strawberries it's a bunch or dust . the last 2 times i went i had gotten pink drinks both times, and both of those times they had rotten coconut milk in them, and... today i went to this location again, may as well give it a chance, and i ordered a mocha cookie frappe with extra cookies, therewas bo cookies in my drink only on top AND my drink wasnt sweet. at all. i asked all my family members to try it and they allsaid it was gross, it was extremely bitter as if no sweeteners were added to it. Not only is this location slow, but they ALWAYS mess up my order every time I come. As you can see from my mobile order it?s a... ?splash of heavy cream?. I asked for a splash. Placed a 9 drink order and had it picked it up. No drink carriers weren't available, which is not their fault. But main issue... was the eye rolling received and manager reply "what do you want me to do about it?" Just needed a box without the attitude. Read more

Ordered a Venti White Chocolate Mocha Breve extremely hot, Pumpkin Spice Latte Breve with regular heat and a Venti Water. My... brother went with me to pick up the order but he was the one driving. That was a mistake since he doesn't frequent starbucks.The barista didn't give us a drink carrier and my brother didn't think it was strange how light the White Mocha was when it washanded to him. When I got home I handed over the drink but it felt really light. My mother opens it up and the drink was onlyhalf full and cold. Initially I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and say that the whip cream melted but I ordered at8:11pm which the app said to pick up in 3-6 minutes. I got there at 8:17pm through the drive thru and even the service was lackluster/awkward. My drink came out just how I wanted it but my mom was the one with the idea and it was pure disappointment. Thecontents of the drink fit into a 10oz mug which we then reheated it in the microwave. This kinda thing happens a lot at thisStarbucks and the one on 12th Ave. You'd think I'd know better by now. I think I'm taking my business to Dutch Bros even if itis pricier. The drinks are so creamy smooth and the service is A1! Been there in Renton, WA.
