The lady who waited on me at drive thru is always nice and professional.
This isn?t in regards to my order but rather to how they talk to the customers on the drive thru. I walked in on Tuesday June 21... in the afternoon and the gentleman working in the store was talking on his headset to someone in the drive thru. After who knowswhat happened, the guy on the headset turned it off and said ?who TF do I look like?!? Or something to that effect. The othergirls working there laughed and didn?t seem phased. All this to say, the employees seem to talk s*#t about you if you havequestions or requests about the menu. I just wonder what they said about me the times I had questions about certain drinks. Theydidn?t mess up my order nor have they ever and this location is pretty quick compared to the other Hanford stores but it wasdisappointing to hear the employees talk bad about customers in front of other customers. They?re usually good with orders but this Starbucks can?t seem to make a cold brew right. Ordered twice and they gave me iced... coffee with whipped cream, even had ice cubes. Very disappointed, paying $4-6 for the wrong coffee is very upsetting. Read more
