This is the second time eating here the first time food was good but service wasn?t good at all. This time after being seated i... waited 15 mins until i could flag someone down when the waitress finally took my order 2 other couples had already gotten theirorders. Finally after getting a soft drink i asked about my food they still took another 15 mins all the while theres 3waitresses standing at the end if the bar talking i waved to get one to come. Service was so bad so finally when a differentwaitress came i ask for it to be a ?to go order? for the Mexican monkey which is their biggest item on the menu. When i gothome the waitress dumped it in a container that had dividers of 3 sections one section for the sauces one for garnish and thelast section was my meal all mushed in a pile $49 dollars to wait with bad service with attitude and sloppy food! I was recommended to go here and felt disappointed. The food was somewhat okay. I liked the egg rolls, and the chicken bowl was... delicious. They had roasted vegetables that I found tasty. Great little sushi place for a small town. Ordered the sashimi platter, taste fresh and was delicious. Langostino Roll was a... first time and didn't disappoint. But the california roll felt hard and cold like it was made the day before, that wasdisappointing. Read more
Love love love this place. I live pretty close to other sushi places and still drive 20 minutes way out of my way to come to... this one. Their menu is festive and yummy and the staff is professional and kind. My kid is allergic to shellfish and there?sstill quite a few yummy things on the menu that are safe for him to enjoy. This trip I wanted to try something shellfish freewith my son so I ordered these jalapeños poppers. They are amazing, I loved them so much I ordered some to go as well. They aretempura fried jalapeños stuffed with cream cheese and spicy tuna and some type of tasty sauces!! If you want to try something alittle different and creative these are definitely the way to go. My to go plate doesn?t look as fancy as my actual Inrestaurant plate did because they put the sauce on the side to avoid my food getting soggy but trust me these things areAMAZING!! Read more
I would like to give this place 5 stars but I ordered a few things from here and one of them was the spicy ramen. I did a pick... up order and when I got home I found I only got the broth. I called them to let them know. They did apologize and asked if Icould come back for it, but I live 20 minutes away. I asked if I could just get a refund and they weren?t able to offer meanything other than a credit that I had to use within a week due to the owner not being around. I would have been fine with thatbut this was supposed to be my last out meal before leaving for a boat det so I wouldn?t have been able to use the credit.Everyone else I was with was pretty satisfied with their food and sushi was pretty good as well as the spicy garlic edamame. Thebroth did have good flavor but I mean it would have been nice to have the rest of it. Read more
I come here almost twice weekly and have not had a bad experience yet. I usually order to go and it's always ready when I get... there (usually under 10 min). I have also dined in and have always had a good experience. They do offer a military/firstresponder discount, so that's also nice. The owners are super sweet and always very attentive. These pics are an accumulation of 2 visits. Both times we sat at the bar, so we can talk with the Chef. We went at 2 different... times, lunch and dinner. The place isn't crunched up, nice atmosphere. The staff is very friendly, they remembered us. TheChef is awesome. If it's not on the menu, he can try it if there is product. Read more
The sushi and yakisoba were so good! The staff was pleasant, always had a smile on their faces! It was a nice environment, and... clean. Subtle music in the background. Prices are pretty good for sushi! Not super expensive and not very cheap. I think theypriced right on what they served. Will come again to try the bento boxes! Just case you think the pictures look yummy! I orderedthe Beef Yakisoba, and my wife ordered The California Roll Platter and I can't remember but it had fried shrimp in it and somespicy cream sauce over it. It starts with a C, sorry! Read more
