This morning line was long but the worker werr very nice under pressure
Good food but doesn?t get the order right I ordered 2 meals but forget my other fry
I ordered mc doubles with no onion, sub mac, got extra onion instead. Gross. I hate dehydrated onion!
Only forgot one large fry, but they didnt charge us , even tho we had asked for an extra one. But all in all a great service.
My first review was two years ago. Today 7/2/22, my review is about....butter! Ordered pancakes and I specifically asked the... associate (I'm sure he was the manager as he was dressed differently than the others) if there was butter in the bag. He said"yes, it's at the bottom of the bag.' Guess what? no butter! Why tell me there is when he didn't even know for sure. I wasn'teating at my home so I had no way of using my own butter. SMH Managers, check your customer's requests beforeassuming!!!! Decided to try this McDonald's vs the one on Lacey (I always have issues with my order at the Lacey store). I'mglad I went to the one on Grangeville. There was a lot of cars in the drive thru and amazingly, the cars went through quickly. Ididn't even have to ASK for BUTTER for my pancakes or syrup! I am moving out of town and have been busy all day. Decided to drive into town and get a Big Mac/no lettuce, get back to the... house and to my surprise no cheese on my special order. This specific location has very rude staff. I?m a doordash delivery driver and I believe they banned me from the store. I went... to pickup an order there so I sat down and waited patiently for the order. I look over to the counter 15 minutes later. There?san order sitting on the counter, the order I?ve been waiting patiently on. Why didn?t they call out the order they know who Iam. I preceded to ask if the order was ready once I realized that one was sitting on the counter. The manager asks the samequestion to the same person who never calls out the orders no matter how many times I asked her to do so as it is there job. Themanager points her finger at me and rudely says I?m talking here. So everything is there after all that commotion I say to bothof them. Horrible 3 times and walk out. There is no reason to be rude to me as I am merely trying to do my job. How hard is itto call out a order ready for pickup ? I feel I was banned wrongfully as I?m an amazing dasher who uses hot bags catering bagsetc. this is a business to me and I treat it as such and would like to get unbanned if that?s possible.
