Great service! Server was all by himself doing host duties as well (and doing it well) But he was still helpful and courteous!... (And he smelled good too!) We had a great breakfast. They do have all the flavored syrups that was their traditional icon. However they are not offered on... the table, u have to ask ur server for them. I think that cheats customers who don't think to ask for something they don't knowis available. Would definetly go here again. Read more

Facilities were incredibly clean! Staff were professional and accommodating. Service was spot on!! It had been years since going... back to IHOP after horrible experiences 3 separate times. Huge improvements!! I'll be going back for a lunch, next time....we'll see! Read more
For starters we didn't get our silverware. Mind you I know it's Memorial Day and it is busy but we never got a drink refill and... when the food did come, they forgot my omelette and when I asked what was the reason for the wait, they simply just forgot it.But they did ended up taking it off completely so I didn't have to pay for it. Second time I've been here and was worse then the first which was about 2 years ago. Service was slow, but understandable as it... was understaffed, but took quite some time to get our orders placed. Wife and kids meals were good, I ordered the tbone steakand eggs, which the order itself took a while to get to us after being placed. The service is beyond belief for a fast paced fastfood restaurant. Every single employee from the host, to the greeters, the... servers, table cleaners and the manager were sincerely gracious, accommodating, friendly and just continued to provide attentiveservice with smiles and were just welcoming. Adding that our food was delicious too, late brunch with a big party of 16 turnedout better than expected. Will definitely be back for a meal whenever we are back for a tournament in Hanford thanks to thedelightful experience that is rare in most establishments nowadays.
