My mother went here to grab some food for us and got a deluxe teriyaki bowl. The only thing that was good on it was the rice.... There was no green onion or carrots in it, the chicken was extremely dry, only 2 pieces of broccoli, and the sauce tasted likejust soy sauce not teriyaki sauce. Had to wait 20 minutes in the restaurant and it was very hot. Staff were friendly. The egg roll was so greasy I had to wrap it... in a paper towel. The pork Don bowl was a ton of white rice with very little pork and very dry. Pretty disappointing. Read more
Late post: November 2021 I never ate at Geta Xpress until I found out that part of their menu items are Sushi. Since COVID hit... the nation I usually order any dinner items to go (instead of dining in) & so I wanted to try their Sushi. I love love love thevarieties that they have on their menu. Everyone of those Sushis are of great quality & delish I will definitely be back. Ofcourse they're expensive ranging from $9 - $13. The drive thru service was excellent. The only thing the Cashier forgot to askis if I wanted Wasabi, Ginger or Soy sauce so do make sure you ask for those condiments. Otherwise it was a great first timeexperience. Read more

Family was in the mood for sushi but didn't want to dine-in. Found Geta Xpress and decided to give it a try. The convenience of... drive-thru sushi is great but it comes with some catches. The food here is good but very overpriced for the portion sizes. 3meals equaled out to 60$ or so. Portion sizes being on the smaller side. The secondary down side was the wait. There is nothing"xpress" about the wait time. When in line expect to wait a while and there are even paper signs posted stating the food isworth the wait because the wait time is long. If you're just looking for that one time solution to a craving and someconvenience this is the place. I would not make it consistent because of the wait time and the price. Read more
There drive thru is 5 stars but if you choose to go in and dine you will have to wait 5 minutes and or more sometimes for even a... hello from a staff member. They careless about there dine customers and this is not just a one time incident so yes I quit, andyou probably don't care about 1 person but this is my actual first time posting a negative comment. All your staff has to say iswill be with you in a moment instead of having the awkward staring contest looking at me like what am I doing there I was thereto spend my Money do yourself a favor and just lock up your dining room.
