This is the first time coming back to an El Pollo Loco restaurant in a few years, and I was not impressed. Walking in the... establishment was dirty. It looked unswept, and the bathroom was gross and had run out of both soap and toilet paper. Itlooked like it had not been cleaned in a while. Despite those being my first impressions, I still ordered food. I ordered it togo and did not think to double-check it before leaving. I ordered a beef and avocado quesadilla, and I got a chicken avocadoburrito after asking for the correct order twice. Additionally, the chicken was overcooked and did not have the classic PolloLoco flavor I was expecting. It is easy to say I will not be returning to this location and possibly any other. Read more

On the meals (2 piece-3piece) it says you can add an avocado salad for $3 obviously plus tax or tortilla soup. I ordered an... avocado salad and all I got was lettuce with Parmesan cheese and a few crunchy tortillas chips smashed up in it. I'm assumingthere should have been some kind of avocado inside of it because it's called an avocado salad but there was none at all. Theemployee didn't know what I was talking about so he went to go ask his manager and he didn't know what I was talking about. Idon't know if the menu is new or what maybe the people working there are but they need to be trained better on how to make theactual food because I'm not paying $3 plus tax for avocado and just receiving lettuce.
