Only one of all the employees even wore a mask. Don?t get me wrong I hate masks. But you?re working with food?. Not to mentioned... my order wasn?t right. I got a small fry instead of large and my bacon king had no bacon. Also, correct me if I?m wrong but I?mpretty sure any workers working with food are suppose to wear a hair net or something to keep hair out of the food? One of thefemale workers definitely had a long ponytail and nothing stopping her hair from being in peoples food. Read more

Got the original chicken sandwich. It was ok. Customer service was kind of blah.

Slowest drive through I have ever been through. There were four cars in front of me on a Sunday afternoon, not exactly peak rush... hour. It took me 30 minutes to get my food. I would have been faster buying that stuff from Walmart and cooking it myself. If Iwasn?t stuck in the drive through line I would have left. The food was fine at this location. However, during my visit today, the manager on staff was very busy working with orders. ... The problem was that I was third in line at the walk in register and got stuck there for a long time because the cashier neededsome kind of key from the manager to clear out an order or something, and she wasn't getting the manager's attention. Instead,she just looked over at the manager every once in a while without calling for her. The customer being served, the man behindhim, and then me, third in line, had to stand there for literally five minutes while nothing was done by the cashier to reallytry to get the manager's attention. After my order was prepared and given to me, I told that manager that she needed to keep abetter eye out for her employees' needs and to train her employees better on being assertive.
