A couple of days ago, I ordered a pie for a relative's birthday through Uber Eats that was scheduled for pickup today. The Uber... driver had to call me to tell me that Baskins didn't make my order. What is the point of having an online site if you aren'tgoing to make what people order? Baskins should have called me if they weren't going to be able to make what I paid for. I?ve gone through the drive thru several times, it seems like it takes longer every time. Today it took 40 minutes for me to get... served THEN I had to go in anyway because a 3rd item was missing, it was sitting on the counter in front of two employees butneither noticed it just sitting there. I told them 40 minutes in a drive thru then still messing up the order was unacceptable.The young man in the front apologized but it was the girls at the drive thru fault. I live down the street but within the 5minutes it took me to get home & sit at the table with my boys we realized our stuff was already melting. It must have beensitting on their counters too.
