Not enough sugar in the strawberry rhubarb pie. Too tart. Peanut butter kiss cookies are great. Yeast rolls are good. Can't wait... to try the pecan pie. Chocolate chip cookies and donuts are nothing special. Read more

Whenever I come anywhere near this place We will detour to stop by. Here are absolutely some of the best baked goods around in... particular the pies, and I've had wonderful other things as well including honey and apple butter. One of these days I'll getaround trying the maple syrup too. This last time I picked up a peach pie and it was wonderful, particularly warmed just a bit,and I highly recommend the forest fruits pie and their pecan pie as as well. I also picked up some gingerbread cookies for thekiddos and they loved them. They have a fun selection of other gift items too. I highly recommend this place as a stop ifyou're passing by, everything I've ever tasted from there is delicious and the staff is always friendly as well. Read more

I?ve have been going to the Blue Goose Market since the early 90s when it was more of an open produce market. I would always get... the Fruits of the Forest pie or the Strawberry Rhubarb pie. There is so much more available now, that?s its very hard todecide. I always come home with too much, but that?s not a bad thing, is it? Try their hot sauces, local jams and jellies, orpick up a local craft for a gift. You?ll enjoy the experience. Read more

Great stop off of the highway. Clean and a wonderful selection of local products. We always stop to get pies on our drive- go... for the freezer pies- you have to ask someone in the back bakery to get one for you from the freezers but they are delicious andworth a little wait. Read more

We stopped by Blue Goose once a year as we head out for vacation. It is our tradition to stop and load up on fresh baked pies!... My husband's favorite is the cherry crumb, and my favorite is the fruit of the forest pie. I have to say, the size of the piesare really awesome compared to other local bakeries near me for the same price. I love a good crust, and the regular crust isbuttery and flaky and delicious. The crumb topping is nice and sweet, and the crust that goes along with it has a nice sweetnessto it as well. They always have a wide variety of pies: Apple, caramel apple walnut, cherry crumb, fruit of forest, chocolatecream, coconut cream, lemon crumb, pumpkin, blueberry, triple berry, and more. They also have fresh baked cookies, cinnamonrolls, bread, muffins, etc. The market has really cute yard decorations, fresh fruit from local farms, a great variety of localwine, and a giant gift section. We also enjoy getting soup mixes to stock up for the winter. Very yummy! Read more
