I paid almost $30 for a combo meal, a junior bacon cheeseburger and a baked potatoe. The sandwich for the combo meal was cold.... The fries were missing from the combo. I asked for extra pickles and sweet onions on my JBC. FAIL I asked for extra sour creamfor my sour cream and chives baked potato. FAIL. THEY SENT ZERO. I added chili to my baked potato for an upcharge. The smear ofdisgustingness make me wanna vomit. I called the store, and the manager asked if I could come to retrieve the missing items. WhyIN THE WORLD would I order if driving there was a desirable option. She begrudgingly said she'd replaced my baked potato andfries if I came by later this week. I'll never order from them again. I'd post the receipt if I could???? (I don't want themreplaced from this place, not the way the food looked). Was so mad I called back. Manager agreed to refund purchase if I driveto the store tomorrow. Still hungry because everything sucks. Read more

Super fast and FRESH! Though they did forget to give me my BBQ sauce for my nuggets but that is fine, it happens! I did get... extra crackers with my chili so BONUS! The service was SUPER fast even with it being for a Saturday night near campus! I highlyrecommend this Wendy's- can't beat THE service and HOT food here! 5?????????? Read more

This particular Wendy's rarely has lines at the drive through, so it's a Yay for me. My Dave's Double is Always hot and fresh.... The staff is always nice. So far so good. Welcome to the neighborhood. Read more

This particular place was very dirty it had flies inside everywhere. The self-service drink area with sticky and had soda... splatterings all over the floor as well as the counter in the walls. It took a while for the food to be done even though therewas only three people in the entire restaurant. When I received my order it was completely wrong. French fries were a differentsize and were cold. And there was no bacon on my bacon cheeseburger. The cashier when I asked her about the bacon told me that Iwas wrong and I ordered incorrectly even though my receipt says otherwise. The manager actually had to step in and resolve theproblem because the cashier was getting hostile. If I wasn't short on time, I would have just gone elsewhere. I suggest you dothe same! Read more

Horrible and unprofessional manager at this establishment. I ordered fresh "no salt" fries with my meal via my Wendy's mobile... app. However, upon approaching the window to pay for my order the cashier handed me my bag. After examining it, I tasted them,and immediately asked the cashier can I please have some "no salt" fries. The cashier informed me that it'll be a few minutesto cook them, and I told her I'd wait. After the fries were given to me, I noticed the fries were not fresh. From myunderstanding, the "manager" supposedly cooked my fries. I was instructed to drive around to the front door of therestaurant. This is where the drama comes in. The manager abruptly opens the front door of the restaurant and yells across thebreezeway to my car and said, "What's wrong with the fries? I told her they were not fresh. She said, (in a authoritative andargumentative voice). "The fries are fresh because I dropped them!" I failed to get into a back-and-forth verbal holleringmatch with her, so I told her to keep the fries. I immediately drove off and decided to file a complaint against this manager. However, my grievance with this manager, and its store personnel have fallen on deaf ears. This manager missed the mark interms of maintaining the integrity of thr Wendy's brand; she fails to maintain a professional decorum between restaurant staff,customers, and the like. Your employees are a direct reflection of you. In order for this restaurant to survive and thrive,management needs to improve quality control in the aforementioned areas. Read more

They're only receiving 2 stars because the manager was apologetic. Ordered a chicken sandwich meal with a medium fries & drink,... and a large strawberry lemonade. Total was about $14. Get to the window, paid, no receipt. Received the large drink, sandwich &fries. Then the person who took the money had the nerve to argue with me about not ordering the medium drink that COMES WITH themeal!! Mind you, it's literally sitting right next to her. The manager had to come over& tell her the drink belonged to myorder. Then... We get home & realize the sandwich is a cheeseburger - not chicken. Incompetent staff at this location. Beware!! 8/13 8:30 pm. We were approaching the restaurant where a female employee was talking to people in a car. She saw us walking... towards the restaurant, quicky walking in front of us closing the door in our faces. We are seniors and her action was extremelyrude. A simple,"We are closing or common courtesy would have been acceptable. She failed miserably. Read more

As I sit and wait for food with my daughter, 15 minutes actually, a employee walks out and ask if I?m ok. Good thing right. No... he then proceeded to tell me to quit looking at his girl who is the one who is suppose to bring me my food. This is the mostunprofessional Wendy?s ever. Read more
