My smoothie came out promptly (under 5 minutes); however, some twenty minutes later, and I have yet to get my wrap. Ok, it's... time to get in line again to inquire about the Thai Chicken Wrap. Perhaps it's still en route from Thailand? ???? Update... Ijust received my meal 28 minutes later. Wow! Of all the Tropical Smoothies that I have visited throughout the US, this one winsthe prize for the most forgetful service that I've ever received. Other notes: Great-tasting food and smoothies; friendly staffand clean facilities. Need to work on improving systems and processes focusing on getting the food out in a timely and efficientmanner. I ordered my smoothie, text said ready in 15min, however when I arrived(16mins later)it wasn't ready and waited an additional... 20min. Smoothie always good. They just need to work on time management of getting orders ready. Read more

Good smoothie that made me feel energized. I got the green detox smoothie. It was a bit tasteless but that's expected... considering it's a detox smoothie. The waiting line inside was very confusing. Nice clean location. Read more
This was my first time going to the store on Coliseum Drive. I was a little afraid to go there because I have experienced poorly... made smoothies at other Tropical Smoothie Cafes. I was pleasantly surprised they did made my smoothie right and it tasted great. Read more
Long Waite about 15 to 20 for 3 smoothins it was very busy but the smoothies are good. We pit stop here this is not my regular... store . But it's ok . Just have in mind to rider ahead 10imutes prior and maybe it will be done. Read more
Great atmosphere and customer service is very good. They have great food and smoothies that are very healthy. Prices are... reasonable and I would definitely recommend this establishment to everyone. Read more
I do NOT recommend this Tropical Smoothies. If no stars was an option, I would pick it. All three times I have been I ordered... ONE smoothie and had to wait 20 minutes for them. They will have SEVERAL people working and still move slow, stop converse withone another (joking around) and so forth, while seeing how busy it is. I will NEVER return again. Read more
