This location has the most unprofessional, unkind, and immature workers of all the locations I?ve visited in the Hampton Roads... area. I?ve read many negative reviews that dates back years, however, the customer service is still terrible. This lets me knowthat manager/owner has no intention to retrain and/or replace these people with quality workers. I grab a smoothie after myworkout about 4-5 days a week. And maybe ONE of those days I actually get a greeting or acknowledge from the staff, justabsolutely pathetic. They will stare you down as if you?re supposed to be helping them in some way. It?s just the weirdestbehavior I?ve ever seen in customer service. Damn. And owner, please don?t send some generic response as to how sorry you arefor my bad experience(s). My order was wrong in more ways than one. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and received a hummus and bacon egg sandwich... instead. My smoothies were good, although the customer service was very unwelcoming. With the amount of staff readily availableand working, service should have been accurate and professional. Even after I paid and left, one of the ladies continued to lookat me so distastefully (as I was in my vehicle waiting for her to cross the street post shift) as I seemed to be a nuisance toher day. My recommendation from a professional standpoint will be to have more training on customer service or there willsimply be loss in business. Read more
