Don't go here avoid this place the owner doesn't participate 100 percent in subway coupons pretty much honors half so that way... he can get the subway corporation to give him his money for the coupon when he really honors half .stay away and go somewhereelse .the coupons say what they already exclude don't take it if you just going to add extra excludes just to make money. This Subway location is always great! Three best Subway's in Hampton are here, Coliseum crossing and Todd Center.
We went in to get lunch and I?m not sure of the guys name but he has to be the manager or owner or something. We weren?t... thrilled with our experience the two ladies we dealt with the other night were great but the man who made our subs todaydefinitely has no idea what he?s doing. I asked for the new Baja chicken bacon and he tried to make it with steak and Icorrected him telling him I wanted chicken and he still made my sub using the wrong chicken I was suppose to get rotisserie andinstead got the chicken strips. My significant other wanted the BMT and had to remind him multiple times he wanted the BMT. Hethen toasted both of us subs even though he didn?t ask and my significant other didn?t want his toasted. He didn?t listen toanything we wanted on our subs or prepare them correctly. I use to work for subway and I can tell you the way he made our subswas not up to company standards. I felt bad for the girl working with him it seemed like she was doing everything and if he wasless worried about what she was doing he might?ve made our subs correctly. Was weary going here cause of the reviews but I'm glad i did. Young lady greeted me with a smile and hello. She was respectful... and actually cared to get my order correct. Didn't even flinch with my slightly precise order. Definitely a good employee andstore. Read more
I came in to pick up a mobile order so I went right to the register. After standing and being looked at for a few minutes,... someone asked me what I needed. I told her my name and that I was picking up an order. She then continues the order she wasworking on. After she completed it, she started helping the next customer in line, completely disregarding me and my order. Idid not pick up the order until over ten minutes after the time the app told me it would be ready. Read more
