The food is always great and the customer service from their employees is awesome. Especially with this place having young folks... work here. They are so polite, respectful and very professional. Horrible customer service. If a life history was required to show to pick up a sandwich then you should say that because you are... showing horrible customer service and wasting food when it was paid for and an email confirmation was shown. That?s ridiculousand unprofessional. When PROOF WAS SHOWN THAT IT WAS THE CORRECT PERSON PICKING IT UP. Do not go to this location. They do notdeserve to be patronized for treating people horribly when they showed proof it was their order. This subway will not give orders to people who have order email confirmation and have already paid for their food unless they... show them the payment method that was used which is stated NO WHERE in the pick up email that you must bring it. Educate yourincompetent employees. I'm so glad they waste food all over not bringing the physical card with me. This subway is a literaljoke. Will never return. Read more
I went through the drive thru today and didn't have a clue what I wanted. In other places I would have gotten an attitude or... maybe some bad food but the ladies at this subway were very helpful and patient. All the ladies there were very respectful andnice.. This Subway is consistently good. Excellent, fresh veggies. Crisp bread. Lots of drink choices, we really love the lemonade.... Staff is always really friendly, even when we grab subs late before closing. Frequent stop for a quick, fresh, light sandwich. Read more
